“十五五”时期，铁路部门将积极探索干线铁路、城际铁路、市域（郊）铁路、城市轨道交通“四网”融合发展路径，持续完善区域铁路网络布局，提升综合运输服务能力，为高质量发展提供更加坚实的铁路支撑。以江西为例，铁路部门正加快推进昌九高铁、长赣高铁等大动脉建设，完善“八纵八横”高速铁路网，同时高质量建设瑞梅铁路，提升江西与周边省份的互联互通水平。
