因情况紧急，仲裁协议的当事人可以在申请仲裁前依照《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》的有关规定向人民法院申请财产保全、请求责令另一方当事人作出一定行为或者禁止其作出一定行为。当事人申请保全的，人民法院应当依法及时处理。
