第五十六条 当事人可以就查明事实的专门性问题向仲裁庭申请鉴定。仲裁庭根据当事人的申请或者自行判断认为对专门性问题需要鉴定的，可以交由当事人约定的鉴定人鉴定，也可以由仲裁庭指定的鉴定人鉴定。
